SHIPPING SERVICE

We offer worldwide shipping to all the countries with International Priority Express Shipping. Please note that due to varying policies and customs regulations across countries, we will provide alternate shipping services (EMS Express) in certain regions to minimize the processing time of the package. You will be responsible for local taxes & duties in your country. The shipment will be dispatched within 3 days once the order & payment are confirmed by us. Upon confirmation, the shipping address cannot be altered. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number for reference by e-mail.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours from our Headquarters in Taipei (Monday-Friday). Weekend & National Holiday deliveries are not available. 

The risk shall be transferred to the customer when the goods are collected by a forwarder or carrier, in any case when they leave of the warehouse of Sealson co., Ltd.

Should the customer fail to collect the package and result in a failed delivery, the item will be returned to Sealson Co., Ltd.'s HQ in Taipei, Taiwan. Redelivery charges will fall on the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are not available for failed deliveries.

RETURN POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please note that before you return merchandise, a return application must be applied and confirmed by us via e-mail at info@sealson.co. Please follow the return/exchange policies below carefully otherwise your application will be canceled automatically, and we will not be able to process the refund on your order.

1. We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
2. The package must be sent out within 5 days once your return request is approved.
3. Product should be unworn, in new condition, with the original tags and packaging attached.
4. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

REFUNDS

After we receive the return package, you will be refunded the total amount of the product returned. It will take 5-10 business days to have the refunded amount posted to your account. For any returned or exchanged items, we do not refund the shipping fees of your original order.

Refunds are not available for failed deliveries.
